The award procedure used is: the open adapted procedure. It is subject to the provisions of articles L. 2123-1 and R. 2123-1 3° of the Public Procurement Code. The framework agreement with maximum is concluded in application of articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. It will result in the issuance of purchase orders. The framework agreement is single awardee. The maximum amount is 150, 000 euros excluding tax for the entire duration of the framework agreement. The framework agreement is concluded for a total period of 4 years, from receipt of the first purchase order by the service provider. The contracting authority reserves the possibility of subsequently entrusting the holder of the framework agreement, in application of the articles L. 2122-1 and R. 2122-7 of the Public Procurement Code, one or more new framework agreements aimed at providing similar services. The contracting authority does not wish to impose any form of grouping on the successful bidder. the framework agreement.
