Creation, improvement and maintenance of public spaces. Roads, networks and signaling.
Object: This framework agreement aims to create, improve and maintain public spaces (roads, networks and signage) in the territory of Lorient Agglomeration and for Any operation of an amount greater than € 50, 000 excl. The subsequent markets which will result from this framework agreement will concern ordinary road planning operations in which will be an incidentally, work on sanitation or civil engineering networks of flexible networks. In markets concluded with third parties, outside the field of this framework agreement, for operations where:- either the share of network work is predominant, - or the technicality required for this network work does not fall under the skills required by the Present framework agreement (drinking water adduction, public lighting, electric service, etc.)- or the development of roads concerns work, a significant part of which is not current, and requires specialized technicality and competence not required by the framework agreement .- Either the development of public space to be carried out is part of a work of work devoted to separate lots for which the use of this market would be likely to make technically difficult or financially more expensive the execution of services
