This contract consists of a project authorship mission relating to studies in stability and special techniques, including possible recourse to subcontracting and any other complementary skills necessary for the implementation of the project for the construction work of a sports infrastructure specifically dedicated to the practice of gymnastics located at B-7012 Jemappes, Rue des Laminoirs. The work consists of the construction of a new sports hall which will have to integrate the following assignments: - Sports area dedicated exclusively to the practice of gymnastics Dimensions of sports area + neutral zone: 60 m x 34 m - Height: sub-ceiling: ± 10 m - Fixed or telescopic bleacher area - Weight room - Fitness room psychomotor skills/dance - Common areas: Airlock + reception area, ticket office, reception desk (minimum 12 m²), multi-purpose room used as a cafeteria, collective locker rooms for players, individual locker rooms for referees, infirmary, premises anti-doping, equipment and storage reserves, etc. - Service areas and technical spaces: sanitary premises (M, F and PMR), HVAC room, boiler room, electricity room, room for maintenance staff, etc. The work will also include fitting out immediate surroundings.
