Tender Details

The Department of Charente-Maritime has scheduled, as part of the project to open the site to the public, a restoration work campaign limited to the spaces which will be open to visitors outside lot 5. This restoration concerns, on all of the levels: - The wooden and stone stairs serving all levels, - The North and South passageways, - The interiors of rooms 1, 2 and 3, - The upper terrace, - The interior of the lookout. This restoration impacts spaces and circulation used by the production of the television game Fort-Boyard. The scheduled work is of 5 types: - Restoration work on cut stone and brick masonry, - Wooden joinery work for replacement, revision, restoration and/or additions to guardrails, as well as the creation of furniture, including painting work, - Ironwork work in replacement, overhaul, restoration and/or additions to guardrails, as well as fitting out work, and creation of metal torches, - Scenography work, furniture and backlit supports, - Electrical work Ordinary contract at fixed prices.
