Tender Details

The subject of the order is the establishment of a Children's Club under the Active Toddler 2022-2029 program. NOTE: A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in: design documentation, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works and bills of quantities (constituting the requirements for SWZ). The bills of quantities attached to the SWZ are of an informative and auxiliary nature and cannot constitute the sole basis for calculating the offer price. Due to the lump-sum nature of the contractual remuneration, the offer price should include actual costs of task implementation resulting from the design documentation, STWiORB and the provisions of the SWZ and the contract template. The Ordering Party also informs that the works indicated in the documentation, described as a shaft and a passenger lift, are excluded from the subject of the order and are not are subject to implementation as part of this procedure. The contractor does not include these works in the offer or in the lists of construction works.
