Creation of the Budapestiana portal Creation of the Budapestiana portal on behalf of the Budapest Capital Archives Budapest Capital Archives wants to create the Budapestiana portal application. According to the contracting authority, Budapestiana's source base is databases and digital files handed over to the bidder/developer. The main goals of the project: - to create 1 own, cloud-based database system and portal (Budapestiana), - for the Budapestiana portal and database to be created, Budapest Capital Migration of the files transferred by the archive (approx. 2, 867, 313 records, approx. 3, 578, 831 digital recordings and files, approx. 8.2 terabytes in total), the data stored in the existing SQL database to the relational database(s) built in the new cloud-based infrastructure must be migrated, - the creation of a modern, fast search engine for the database of the Budapestiana portal to be created, - the creation of a data maintenance interface for the BFL database of the Budapestiana portal to be created, which enables BFL employees to image file loading. The detail and estimated quantity of the Hungaricana export stocks to be migrated to the Budapestiana portal is contained in Annex No. 3. The expected functionality of the portal is contained in Annexes 1 and 2. The system to be developed is at least ensure the functionality, service level and solutions of the current Hungaricana database and the Budapest Time Machine are equivalent, and all software elements are based on open source products.
