3.1. The subject of the order in the Design and Build formula is: Creation and retrofitting of a storage base in the Stara Botnica Commune, by performing construction works consisting in the modernization of buildings after the water treatment plant in Czywka in order to adapting them to warehouse functions OLiOC - construction works. The renovated facility is a SUW building and it will be used in this way, therefore the work schedule must be adjusted in such a way as not to disturb the operation.3.2 Scope of work on the subject orders: The subject of the order is the comprehensive reconstruction and modernization of an existing building, consisting of two warehouse halls, social and technical rooms and connectors, in order to adapt it to the function of a defense warehouse civil law (OLiOC) located in Czywka on plot no. 140104_2.0002.12/1 and 140104_2.0002.14/1. The property has active water, energy, sewage and telecommunications connections and is equipped with water, sewage and central heating installations.
