CREATION AND MAINTENANCE OF THE WEB PARK, REFERENCING, PERFORMANCE AND UX STUDY CREATION, MAINTENANCE OF THE COMMUNICATION INFORMATION SYSTEM: INTERNET PORTALS AND SAAS SOLUTIONS This lot concerns web portals and satellite information systems (Saas Solutions). This set corresponds to the foundations of the web strategy of the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region. These portals, with high technical requirements in terms of development, require a very high level of skills. They are portals mainly enabling institutional communication and the implementation of services based on internal business tools. These portals are intended for general public targets but can also have uses with authentication (extranet). VISIBILITY, TRAFFIC ACQUISITION AND PERFORMANCE EVALUATION Selected in order to optimize the visibility of content (referencing and indexing), acquire traffic and evaluate performance, the service provider will be contacted on needs accurate.
