Tender Details

1) The subject of the order are construction works including the implementation of an investment task entitled: Creation of an active playground at the Municipal Center in Buczek at ul. Gwnej 21.2) A detailed description of the subject of the order is specified in detail in: Design documentation and technical specification for the execution and acceptance of construction works, appendices no. 7 and 8 to the SWZ, the bill of quantities is only an auxiliary element for calculating the offer price, appendix no. 9 to the SWZ. 3) If the documentation constituting Annex No. 7 and 8 to the SWZ uses: trademarks, patents or origin, source or specific process that characterizes the products or services provided by a specific contractor, the ordering party allows for inclusion in the offer and then the use of equivalent solutions, provided that they ensure compliance implementation of the subject of the order with the documentation constitutes Appendix No. 7 and 8 to the SWZ. ATTENTION!!! Due to the construction of a new fence, 6 trees should be removed. New plantings should be made in the place indicated by the Ordering Party. The task was co-financed from the Fund Work under the Ministry's Active Playgrounds 2026 Program
