Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Creation of 3d Images of Buildings Using Computer Graphic / Software.
Interested contractors and suppliers can obtain further details and inspect the relevant documents from 28.03.2022 up to 28.04.2022, on weekly working days, between 09.00 hrs and 15.00 hrs by calling over at the Procurement Unit of the Engineering Organization or by telephone nos. 011-2092504 / 011-2092506.
Prospective applicants wishing to be registered can obtain the relevant sets of application on submission of the receipt received for the payment of the non-refundable fee of Rs. 1500.00, for each category, made to the Chief Accountant of the Western Provincial Engineering Organization, from 28.03.2022 up to 28.04.2022, on any working day. between 9.00 hrs and 15.00 hrs.
Qualification Criteria

Category A - For construction work

1.1) Should have obtained valid registration in building construction field at ICTAD (CIDA at present).

1.2) Should have a business registration in the Western Province

1.3) Should not have been blacklisted and not have been reported for failing to maintain relevant standards in constructions carried out.
Category В - for Suppliers, Consultancy Service Providers, Small Scale Contractors

1.4) Should have updated business registration

1.5) Should be able to provide two letters of recommendation from relevant professionals or institutions.

1.6) Should submit a list of customers and performance certificates.

1.7) In addition, for the BA Category, should possess collective membership or the registration as an individual or an institution (i.e. - architectural institutions, engineering institutions, quantity surveying institutions, etc.)

General Conditions and Criterion

2.1) To qualify for registration under each category, applicants should be permanent residents in the Western Province, or else, should have business registration in the Western Province. If the business registration certificate is not submitted a certificate from the Gama Niladhari confirming the permanent residency / business registration should be submitted.

2.2) All applicants should possess a minimum of two years experience in the field and documents in proof of the fact should be submitted.

2.3) On perusal of the application a Committee appointed by the Deputy Chief Secretary (Engineering) will inspect / access the relevant business premises and will effect the registration.

2.4) The Deputy Chief Secretary (Engineering Services), retains the right to either accept or reject applications received.

2.5) Applications received after 2.00 p.m. on 29.04.2022 will be rejected.
