Part I: Construction of a commercial building with the associated land development. Construction of a new commercial building (barn) with the necessary installations: electrical installation, basic and emergency lighting, lightning protection installation, installation, installation water and sewage and electric heating. The building should be adapted to the needs of people with disabilities by constructing a ramp (profiled sidewalk) and a toilet for disabled people. Land development includes construction parking lot, sidewalks (doj), renovation of the existing fence and construction of a new fence, renovation and reconstruction of the entrance gate with a roof and construction of a rainwater tank.
