Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the implementation of the task titled: Creation of 16 new care places under the Active Toddler 2022-2029 program at the Municipal Children's Club in Brudzice, ul. Radomszczaska 1, 97-565 Lgota Wielka. The task includes reconstruction and method changes use of the existing building of the Public Primary School in MSC. Brudzice, Lgota Wielka commune, for the building of a children's club. As part of the task, the Contractor is obliged to: 1) perform demolition works (in particular, demolition of partition walls, dismantling window and door joinery, dismantling of external stairs, sidewalk strips and hardening of the area, dismantling of the staircase leading to the attic, removal of wall coverings)2) execution of construction works (in particular construction of new partition walls, installation of new windows and doors (external aluminum doors with safety glass, internal wooden doors), installation of new floors, installation of new wall coverings (ceramic tiles, plaster reptiles), thermal modernization of the ceiling and walls external including construction of a new facade, construction of a ramp for disabled people with a barrier) 3) electrical works...
