Nyiregyhaza University is located in Nyiregyhaza, Sostoi ut 31/B. wants to create a group of rooms suitable for the establishment of a Student Club on the basement floor of the dormitory atbuilding a Student Club with a useful floor area of 100 m2 in a group of rooms with a total floor area of 185 m2 on the basement level of the active dormitory, carrying out the necessary architectural, mechanical and electrical and fire protection works specified in the technical documents and budget.

Architecturalworks, especially:

- Demolition/transformation of windows and doors, Demolition of facade doors and windows for mechanical air ducts, masonry and repair technical works. (3 pcs)

- Facade reinforced concrete, Ytong, and brick wall cutting, drilling, chiselling, for the purpose of installation of ventilation system (4 pcs)

- Ventilation machineDismantling of house windows and doors (1 pc)

- Installing a new fireproof door in the ventilation machine house. (1 pc)

- Demolition of the existing window and door, walling in with Ytong masonry element. (1 pc)

- Transformation of the threshold in the evacuation route. (2 pcs)

- Making a steel support structure for fixing the ventilation system. (1 item)

Mechanical works, in particular:

- Marking/laying out the route of exhaust and air supply air ducts, construction of support structure. After that, the construction of the air duct network on the designated route according to the plan.

- 3 parallel explosion-proof fans will be installed for smoke removal....
