Subcontract: LOT-0001 Title: Craftsman services for Horsens Municipality Description: Horsens Municipality Properties offers 18 framework agreements with maintenance tasks and construction tasks in Ejendomme's portfolio, where the costs are below DKK 125, 000.• External construction and operating tasks including the professional areas of carpenter/joiner, plumbing, electrician, painter, bricklayer and construction contractor for all the municipality's buildings (except buildings on the island of Endelave).• Internal operation and maintenance in elderly homes.• Internal operation and maintenance of permanent installations for all the municipality's buildings (except buildings on the island of Endelave). Only professional contracts are offered. All specialist contracts are divided into 3 geographical sub-areas/sub-agreements, and the contractor can basically only be allocated one framework agreement within a professional area. The tasks in the specialist contracts are diverse and include both urgent work that requires quick remedial measures for the sake of the building mass and the building's operation, and planned work where it is a question of renovation tasks, repairs and preventive maintenance tasks within the framework agreement. Planned tasks may instead be included in main contracts outside this framework agreement, depending on the task.
