Description: Contractor shall provide all managerial, administrative, labor, and quality control necessaryto provide one Crafco Model SS125D Super Shot Melter/Applicator (Hot Asphalt Sealing Machine)with operations and maintenance manual and warranty. Provide safety, operations, and maintenance training at Patrick Space Force Base for 15 Pavements and Construction Equipment Workgroup personnel. Provide actual worksite demonstration for hot asphalt crack sealing operation.
