Unit shall have a minimum of a 20 hp liquid cooled diesel engine, Engine shall have an emergency shutdown package so it will shut down if oil pressure becomes too low or engine temps become too high, Unit shall have a digital display to control the machine and view gauges, Unit shall have a minimum of a 25 gallon fuel tank, Unit shall have a minimum of a 25 gallon hydraulic tank, Unit shall have a bi-directional, variable speed pump that is directly driven by the engine, Unit shall have a 260 gallon capacity (minimum), Controls shall be mounted at the rear of the trailer for ease of operator use., All valves shall be controlled by a solenoid operated by a toggle switch or wand controls, Required minimum melt rate of 2000 pounds per hour, Strobe light, Fire extinguisher with mounting bracket, Frame mounted tool box, The unit shall have a safety shut off on the loading door that stops the agitator automatically when the door is open, Applicator wand shall be equipped with an automatic shut off feature that will stop the rotation of the pump, sealant flow, and all line pressure when the handle is released or dropped, Temperature indicating devices shall have intervals of no more than 1 degree, Spare tire with frame mounted holder, 2 5/16 inch trailer ball hitch mount, Tongue height shall be adjustable from ground level to a minimum of 14 inches and maximum of 32 inches permitting adjustment for use on different vehicles, 7 pin RV style trailer light hook up, All led trailer lighting, Safety chains, Tongue jack rated for 5000lbs (minimum), 2 copies of all parts, operators and service manuals, Onsite operators training, Item unique identification label is required, 180 days delivery after receipt of order (ARO), Delivered to Fort Drum NY
