Scope of WorkInterior fit-up of tenant space within a federal government office building. Fit-up areas include part of the first floor, and a majority of the second and third floors (approximately 5, 000 m2 in total). The client will be pursuing a furniture-forward approach to increase work points for its staff, but space modifications will still be required to meet Government of Canada workplace standards under the WTP.
