Tenders are invited for CPFSA (CDA) Therapeutic Treatment Centre Construction, St. Andrew — (#073571).

The Government of Jamaica has received funding from the Caribbean Development Bank (COB) In the amount of US$8, 948, 000 towards the cost of the Basic Needs Trust Fund Ninth Cycle (BNTF 9). The Jamaica Social Investment Fund as the implementing agency intends to apply part of the proceeds of this grant to cover payments under contract for the following:

Scope: The scope of works involves the construction of a model therapeutic care centre, 650m2, for children in Jamaica with a series of rooms for consultation, observation, operations and administration. The structure will also have an outdoor courtyard, construction of the associated external works such as establishing of a parking lot, fencing, and construction of sewage treatment system. The project will also consider the placement of the structure close to an operational existing building. The project will also include the construction of bathrooms with the associated sewage treatment system. Construction period is six (6) months.
