The object of the purchase is those intended for the treatment of obstructive sleep apnea, which automatically adjust the pressure, i.e. the so-called Auto-CPAP devices and dual-pressure ventilators intended for the non-invasive ventilator treatment of lung diseases, neuromuscular diseases and respiratory failure caused by obesityrit and their device-specific accessories and remote monitoring for a three (3) year contract period. The subscriber reserves the right to extend the contract period with a one (1) year option. The subscriber informs about the activation of the option separately. The extension period can only apply to part of the contract. The total length of the contract is a maximum of 48 months.
One (1) Supplier will be selected as the contract partner.
The procurement has not been divided into parts. The procurement size of auto-CPAP devices and dual pressure ventilators, as well as their device-specific accessories and remote monitoring, forms a purposeful functional entity, whichthe aim is to enhance, harmonize and verify the realization of effective and efficient treatment of patients, hospital logistics, staff training and ensuring competence. Dividing the whole into parts for different contractual partners could jeopardize the realization of the whole.
