This support will operate across a range of settings, including 'Homes with Support' - where staff may be based on-site in both regulated and unregulated services - and Community Based Support. Community Based Support will extend beyond the home as a young person moves on, offering places they can visit for help, as well as opportunities to develop independence in their own accommodation (such as through Housing First etc).
