The subject of this order is the delivery of an integrated confocal system adapted for intravital examinations. 5.2. Confocal system adapted for research vital cells, is intended for the Department of Cell Biology and Immunology and other Departments of CMKP in order to carry out scientific research. 5.3. The Contractor is obliged to deliver the subject of the order to the room indicated by the Ordering Party located at the Department of Cell Biology and Immunology CMKP in Warsaw at ul. Marymoncka 99/103. 5.4. A detailed description of the order, specifying the requirements of the Ordering Party, is attached as Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 5.5. The Ordering Party requires a guarantee for the offered subject of the order on terms and conditions specified in the description of the subject of the order and in the draft contract. 5.6. The contractor is obliged to complete the order on the terms and conditions described in the draft contract.
