The overarching objective of this procurement is to seek a proven SaaS (Software as a Service) Adult Social Care Case Management and Finance system that will improve the flow of information and support improved efficiency, effectiveness and quality of outcomes for adults who require a service from the Integrated Adult Social Care (IASC) Service and their partner agencies. These benefits should arise from targeted data recording; improved needs analysis; better evaluation of service need; more effective information sharing within DCC and with health partners, commissioned providers of services and other partner agencies.
