The DOH CENTER FOR HEALTH DEVELOPMENT IV-A CaLaBaRZon, QMMC Compound, Project 4, Quezon City, through the General Appropriations Act intends to apply the budget allocation for the herein indicated projects. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The prospective bidder must have an experience of having completed at least one (1) contract that is similar to the contract to be bid, and whose value, adjusted to current prices using the NSO consumer price indices, must be at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC to be bid.



Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary -œpassed/failed- criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (R.A.) 9184, otherwise known as the -œGovernment Procurement Reform Act.-



The ITB and Checklist of requirements and complete set of the bidding documents may be purchased by eligible interested bidders from the address above and payment of the stated non-refundable fees.



Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Project Management Unit, Administration Building, QMMC Compound, Project 4, Quezon City at the address provided during 8:00 am to 5:00 P.M.



Bids must be delivered to the address and time herein stated accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in the ITB.



Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidders- representatives who choose to attend at the address below. In case of a representative, he/she must be duly authorized thru an SPA, Board Certificate or Cooperative Resolution as the case may be, executed on that particular purpose. Late bids shall not be accepted.



The DOH CHD IV-A assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify bidders for any expenses incurred in the preparation of their bids.



DOH CHD IV-A reserves the right to waive any minor defects of formality and to accept the proposal most advantageous to the agency.



Furthermore, DOH CHD IV-A reserves the right to accept or reject any Bid, to annul the bidding process, to reject all Bids and may not award the contract without incurring any liability and make no assurance that a contract shall be entered into as a result of the bidding when the funds for the program/project activity has been withheld or reduced through no fault of the DOH at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Bidder or Bidders.
