Detailed_Description : The Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) is a provincial Crown agency that reports to the Ministry of the Attorney General. The AGCO is responsible for regulating the alcohol, cannabis, gaming (land-based and online) and horse racing sectors in Ontario. More information can be found at https://www.agco.ca/about-us as well as in other pages in the “About the AGCO” menu.The AGCO is seeking one (1) or more Vendor(s) to provide professional court reporting services to accurately record and transcribe proceedings of the Horse Racing Appeal Panel (“HRAP” or “Panel”) hearings held over the Zoom platform (Electronic Hearing via video) and potential in-person hearings. These services are to be provided on an “as- and when- requested” basis, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of this RFB. The court reporting will take place either virtually (through the Zoom platform) or through physical attendance at the hearing room. The hearing location will be determined at the time of booking request.
