PART A: Domestic courier services1) The subject of the order is the successive provision of courier services for parcels weighing up to 50 kg, in Poland (part A) and abroad (part B), in accordance with the conditions specified in the Description of the subject of the order, Annex 2 to SWZ.2) The scope of the order includes in particular: collection from the Ordering Party, transportation and delivery in Poland (part A) and abroad (part B) door-to-door of shipments containing documents and shipments containing goods, as well as services: shipments with special care, the so-called Ostronie service, shipment insurance, delivery on the day of posting (applies to part A), delivery until the designated time, until noon, confirmation of receipt, confirmation of delivery/return via e-mail, multi-package.3) The Contractor should also appoint a person responsible for contact and cooperation with the Ordering Party, the so-called Customer Service Representative, including: in the scope of explaining inconsistencies and doubts related to the implementation of the contract, issued invoices, returns, etc. Contractor also appoint a person to replace the Customer Service Representative in the event of his/her absence.4) Courier services are provided by...
