It provides direct, nonstop rides to anywhere in COTA-s service area with as little as one hour advance notice. Customer fares are based on miles traveled. The service is only available to Mainstream-eligible customers. COTA does not provide a fleet or facility for the operation of this service. The Contractor solution must be full-service and provide vehicles, drivers, and all operational management. The Contractor must also propose a complete, comprehensive software solution for the operation of the service. COTA is interested in balancing per-trip costs with on-time performance, response time, and customer service while complying with all local, state, and federal requirements.
