Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. a minimum number of years of general experience in the supply of Goods shall be 5 (Five) years. 2. The Tenderer shall have successfully completed at least 01 (one) contract with a minimum value of BDT 1, 50, 00, 000.00 (One Crore Fifty Lac) in any Electricity Utility in the last 5 (Five) years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System, involving Design, Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 33kV or 11kV voltage level electrical equipment in substations with execution of associated civil works including construction/extension of control room or similar structures. 3. Price Schedule for Related Civil Works (Form e-PG3-4D):The Tenderer shall quote prices for the related civil works in Form e-PG3-4D. The total quoted price for the related civil works shall not be less than twenty-five percent (25%) of the total Tender price. Any Tender quoting less than the specified percentage for related civil works will be considered as non-responsive. 4. Front loading is strictly prohibited. In case of front loading Contractual Security will be increased upto 25%. 5. Tenderer must comply payment terms as mentioned in the uploaded pdf file named "Payment terms & scope of works" in SECTION-6 Drawings.
