The subject of the performance of the public contract (hereinafter also referred to as "VZ") is the continuous supply of a diagnostic injection solution with the active substance Fluorocholine-(18F) (hereinafter referred to as "goods") for the General Faculty Hospital in Prague (hereinafter referred to as "VFN").

Subject the fulfillment of the VZ is also defined by the binding draft contract which is attachedhou No. 2 of these tender conditions and Annex No. 6 of these tender conditions Type and expected quantity of the subject of public procurement for individual items listed in Annex No. 6 of these tender conditions Type and expected number, the amount is indicative, or assumed. The contractoris entitled to determine the specific quantity and time of fulfillment of individual partial deliveries according to its immediate or current needs with regard to the composition of patients without penalty or other penalty from the selected supplier in accordance with the supplier's production dates.
