Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Tendered must be registered in e-GP system through BPPA (CPTU), IMED.2. Enlistment/Registered Certificate of FY 2025-26 with category ‘A- or above for the Department of Inspection for Factories and Establishment (DIFE), Ministry of Labor and Employment.3. Original copy of relevant documents to be showed to the recruitment committee.4.Tender security will be submitted in the form of Pay order or Demand Draft from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh in favour of Deputy Director, Regional Accounting Center, BWDB, Kustia or Bank Guarantee from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh in favour of Executive Engineer, Bheramara Mechanical Pump House Division, BWDB, Bheramara, Kushtia will be allowed (Bank Guarantee Form PSN-4)5. Service provider/personnel needs to appear for interview to the authority on date and place as specified by PE.6. Tenderer has to submit list of personnel for each post, CV of all personnel, filled up excel sheet regarding the information of outsourcing personnel given in Appendix-D and experience certificate.Note: The Procurement of Non-Consulting Services (PSN) document will be applicable for this Procurement which has been uploaded in section-7. This tender will be evaluated according to the rules & guidelines of ITT, TDS, GCC, PCC, activity schedule, and various forms etc. (that contains qualification criteria, evaluation criteria, sub-criteria, the point/mark against various sub-criteria and other related conditions) of the PSN document. The relevant PSN document of this tender/work contains several sections such as ITT, TDS, GCC, PCC, various PSN forms, activity schedule, and various appendixes etc. which are uploaded in section-7.
