IntroductionThe United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) invites qualified consulting firms to submit proposals for the design, development, testing, deployment and handover of the African Credit and Investment Risk (ACRI) Digital Ratings Platform.The ACRI Digital Ratings Platform will provide a secure, scalable web-based solution to support data-driven credit and investment risk assessment for African small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The platform is expected to incorporate data integration capabilities, analytical tools, digital business profiling, dashboards, and related functionalities in accordance with the Terms of Reference.Interested proposers shall prepare and submit their proposals in accordance with the requirements and instructions contained in the Request for Proposal (RFP). Proposals must be submitted electronically through the Quantum Supplier Portal by the deadline specified in the solicitation documents.
