1. The subject of the order is the purchase of coding servers for the target LIVE Channel Recorder, including:
1) delivery of coding servers with software, hereinafter referred to jointly as "Devices", or delivery of coding servers and management servers with software, hereinafter referred to asincluding "Devices" (will be selected appropriately depending on the content of the offer submitted by the Contractor)/;
2) installation, commissioning, configuration and integration of the Devices provided by the Contractor under the Agreement.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 1 to projectstipulated provisions of the contract - hereinafter referred to as "OPZ". OPZ constitutes a business secret of the Ordering Party within the meaning of the provisions of the Act of April 16, 1993 on combating unfair competition.
3.The method of handing over the OPZ to the Contractors is specified in points 4.2-4.6 of the SWZ.
4.Conditions and method of implementationand orders are included in the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex No. 3 to the SWZ.
