Provision of 8 electric buses, slow charging stations (8 pieces) and fast charging stations (4 pieces).
The electric buses and charging stations will serve public passenger transportation.
The electric buses will be solo type (non-articulated), they will be equipped with access facilitiesfor people with reduced mobility, they will be without a floor, CE bodywork, being intended for urban passenger transport according to Directive 2007/46/CE, 2009/33/CE, CEE-ONU R 66, Law 92/2007, with all subsequent amendments and additions .

NOTE: Deadlines for submission/response to requests for clarification/additional information:
A. In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 para. (1) from Law no. 98/2016 with subsequent amendments and additions, the deadline until which any interested economic operator has the right to requestita clarifications or additional information in relation to the award documentation is 20 days before the deadline for submission of offers;
B. In accordance with Art. 160 para. (2) from Law no. 98/2016, with subsequent amendments and additions, the contracting authority willrespond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications in a single day, namely the 11th day before the deadline for submission of offers, through a consolidated response, as long as the requests for clarifications are sent within the specified deadline .
