Eligibility of Tenderer : Will have latest documents related to1. Update and Valid Trade license;2. Value Added Tax (VAT)/BIN Registration Certificate; and VAT Clearance Certificate.3. TIN Certificate with Update Tax Payer Certificate;4. General experience of Supply (According to TDS);5. Relevant/Similar & Specific Experience of Supply (According to TDS), 5. Sufficient liquid assets/financial solvency Certificate/credit line facilities (use CPTU prescribed format) and7. Manufacturer's Authorization Certificate. Certificate from dealer/ distributor or local authorization will not accepted8. Those who have previously Supplied and Installation of Desktop Computer, Laptop Computer and Computer Accessories/Consumables at ME&HMD, under 4th HPNSP, they are requested to submit Contact completion certificate. Otherwise, they will be considered as non-responsive. Hiding of any previous works regarding above mentioned issues will be also considered as non-responsive.9. Tenderers must have experience and submit valid certificate of installation and maintenance of server / data center in any government organization within last 05 years.10. Tenderers must maintain the server and related accessories with dedicated experienced personnel for 12 months.10. Tenderer must have dedicated service center at least every divisional HQ city or have service capacity within 48 hours. Tenderer need to submit details of service center with service stuff.11. Tenderer need to submit the certificate of dealership/ distributorship.12. ISO certified product/ brand will be accepted
