Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Valid Trade License, Tax Identification Number (TIN), VAT Registration Certificate (13Digit) shall be submitted.2. Income Tax return certificate/ Acknowledgement slip of last financial year shall be submitted.3. Tenderer must have at least 01 (One) Single Contract at the value of 5 (Five) Lac of Ventilation Filter for HFO Based Power Plant Under Govt. Organization/Govt. Company.4. Catalog with detailed specifications shall be submitted.5. Tenderer has to submit 01 Nos. sample of each item before tender submission. Withoutsample, the tenderer will be treated as non-responsive. Tenderer has to collectdeclaration of sample receival duly signed by the procuring entity and has to be mappedduring tender submission.6. If tender is not the manufacturer, then tenderer has to collect “Manufacturer-sAuthorization” in Manufacturer's letter head that contains detailed contract of themanufacturer, i.e: Registered address, phone number, email address.7. The manufacturer will be ISO Certified. Certificates has to be mapped during tender submission.8. Other conditions in TDS & PCC.
