Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents:a) Up-to-date valid Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate, Up-to-date Income Tax Certificate, Up-to-date Bank Solvency Certificate/Balance, Authorization Letter.b) Tenderer must have at least one satisfactory completion of electrical goods supply experiance with a minimum amount of Tk. 8, 00, 000/- (Eight lac) each in a single Contract over a period of 03 (three) years shall be required. in any Government / Semigovernment/ Autonomous Organization, i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.c) Tenderer must mention country of origin of his offered items.d) Tenderer must submit a warrenty certificate of 6 Months.e) The Completed Technical specification and compliance of Goods and related services (Form e-PG2-3) as furnished in Section5: e-Tender Forms as statedunder ITT Clauses 10.1(d);f) The completed Price and Delivery Schedule for Goods (Form e-PG2-2A) as furnished in Section 5: e-Tender Forms asstatedunder ITT Clauses 10.1(b) N.B.Authority reserve the right to cancel this tender without showing any cause or reason as per PPA 2006.
