The subject of the contract is the development of project documentation and the subsequent construction of the work "ETCS state border Germany - Dolni Žleb - Kralupy n. Vlt.", while the work will be carried out on the basis of the concluded contract for the work, according to the FIDIC contractual conditions. The work is entered in BIM mode. The subject of this order je also the provision of maintenance, service and development services for the delivered security devices and all related devices that have a SW interface with the security device (for example, operational applications, diagnostics, etc.), as well as the provision of required maintenance, service and development services for the operational application, inscope and for the duration of the ETCS Service Agreement and the Operational Application Service Agreement.
