Tenderer must have a minimum nos of years of general experience in the supply of goods (in the field of education materials) 05 (five) Years.2. The tenderer must have 03 years overall specific experiance of signboard/or similar works in Govt. office or semi govt. or autonomous body or INGO;3. Must have a valid & update trade license for supplying of education materials.4. Must have updated VAT & Tax numbers and Certificates.5. DIclaration of litigation history for the last 05 (five) years.6. The tenderer must have submit Certificate of origin /Manufacturing authorization letter.7. The tenderer must have submit samlpes of goods (signboard ) in PD Office 19 February. 2026 before 12 PM.
