This contract aims, mainly, to prepare the execution project for the supply and installation of 3 (three) electric pump groups at the Vila Franca de Xira pumping station by the contractor, and the inherent execution by19981d172c851bd4e8a1788d5726c2d3contractor of the "Design-build contract for the supply and installation of 3 (three) electric pump groups at the Vila Franca de Xira pumping station", in accordance with applicable legislation, with the procedure documents, and according to the characteristics and conditions stipulated in the notebook19981d172c851bd4e8a1788d5726c2d3charges, and also includes the provision of maintenance services for engines and corresponding speed variators, for a period of 5 (five) years from the date of signature of the total provisional acceptance notice of the contract, including repair and replacement of parts and equipment that19981d172c851bd4e8a1788d5726c2d3when necessary, under the terms best defined in the procedural documents.
