Tender Details

The subject of the public contract are services that consist of:

- surveying the current state of the reconstructed building in question (kitchen, dining room, facilities), construction passport and building technical survey including the necessary number of probes, tests and all necessary surveys

- processing of an energy assessment for songoing operation of the kitchen and dining room for an energy audit for a possible application for a subsidy from the OPŽP

- development of project documentation (hereinafter also referred to as "PD") consisting of 2 (two) drafts of the study concept, which includes a preview of the 3D visualization of the object with subsequent finishing into the final form architectural sstudy with photorealistic 3D visualization of the object and interior spaces. Furthermore, the development of documentation for demolition works, documentation for the zoning decision of the DUR and documentation for the DSP building permit, or documentation for the issuance of a joint zoning decision and building permit (hereinafter referred to as joint povdeer), documentation for building construction (DPS) in the scope specified below. The resulting stage will be the project documentation for the execution of the construction (hereinafter also referred to as "DPS") and the PD of the interior and equipment (technology and equipment) including visualizations.

- the performance of all related engineering activities leading to the acquisitionvalid zoning, building or joint permit, as well as cooperation in the preparation and during the selection of the contractor of the own subject of the project documentation and in the case of the realization of the own construction, also the performance of the author's supervision.
