INVITATION TO QUOTE RFQ NO CO42000006940The International Organization for Migration (IOM) kindly requests your quote for the ACQUISITION OF NFI ELEMENTS FOR RESPONSE AND HELP TO PEOPLE AFFECTED BY THE EARTHQUAKE IN DOSQUEBRDAS, CALARCA (QUINDIO), QUIMBAYA (QUINDIO) AND ARMENIA.Es It is your responsibility to ensure that your quote is submitted on or before the deadline date. Quotes received after the submission deadline, for any reason, will not be considered for evaluation. When awarding a contract or purchase order, OIM reserves the right to modify (either increase or decrease) the quantity of services or goods in the total offer without changing the unit price or the other terms and conditions within the validity period of the offer. Please send your offer by this means so that it is taken into account. Keep in mind that the Closing time for receiving offers is Geneva time and they must deduct 6 hours for it to be Colombia time.
