Dear gentlemen: The United Nations Development Program (UNDP), the Dominican Republic is currently implementing the 0119244 project "Accompaniment of the Process of Development and Comprehensive Reform of the Judiciary, incorporating information and communication technologies(ICT) ". The services of a specialist consultant for the investigation and coordination of a collective book on dignity of the person and justice in the Dominican Republic are required, with the aim of registering and projecting the realizations and challenges of the Dominican Judiciary in relation to relatedwith the central axis of dignity in all its reform policies from 2019 to the present. Therefore, the hiring of a specialist who has the detailed capacities in the terms of reference shared in this publication is required.
