That, this institution seeks the best market conditions, in terms of technical quality and price to acquire the Preventive and Corrective Maintenance Service for the Air Conditioning System and purifiers, belonging to the Intensive Hematology Unit (UHI) and other services of the Savior Hospital. That, for the determined amount, this tender is located in the section for contracts of those equal to or greater than 1, 000 UTM and less than 5, 000 UTM, in accordance with Article 36 of the Regulations of Law No. 19, 886; That After the respective queries have been made, the provision of these goods or services is not available through Framework Agreements offered in the Information System of the Purchasing Directorate, www.mercadopublico.cl; That, these purchases are linked to the projects corresponding to the 2026 annual purchasing plan; That, these purchases are linked to projects 1057489-9- PC26/PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE of Medical Equipment and 1057489-49-PC26 CORRECTIVE MAINTENANCE of Medical Equipment, corresponding to the annual plan purchases 2026;
