Amendment 0002 is issued. The purpose of this Amendment 0002 is as follow s:1) Respond to questions from an offeror and incorporate the revised TGIs, 38HWA17901A01_c2v2, 38HWA11003A01_c1v0 and38HWA17902A01_c1v1 in Section J as Government's response to of feror question.2) Incorporate revised TGI 38HWA64401A01_c1v1 in Section J.3) Revise Sections A, L and M. Refer to the follow ing SECTION for details.4) Extend proposal submission due date from 21 Apr 2025, 1000 JST to 24 Apr 2025, 1000 JST.All other information remains unchanged.

The repair and maintenance package of work items are included asattachment (I).2. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 3-Jun-2025 through 30-Sep-20253. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: Government Facility4. OFFER: Offerors must provide all information required by this solicitation no later than 24-Apr-2025 at 10:00 a.m. Japan Standard Time (JST).5. Access to the work specification package listed in Section J as ATTACHMENT (I) may only beaccessed through DoD SAFE. DoD SAFE is a secure U.S. Government repository which enablesthe sharing of large files and requires outside users to receive a drop-off request from the U.S.Government.
