Introduction:The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), in collaboration with the University of Bahrain (UOB), plans to renovate and fit out the SDG Hub located within Building S20B at UOB's Sakhir Campus. The SDG Hub is envisioned as a flexible, innovation-driven learning space that will support exhibitions, training, research, and collaborative initiatives aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The renovation includes demolition, civil works, MEP upgrades, AV installations, furnishing, signage, and interior branding. All work must be executed as per UNDP's Scope of Work, technical specifications, BOQ, and compliance with Bahraini civil regulations.
