DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE ORDER1. The subject of the order is: Conducting classes as part of a corrective and educational program for people using domestic violence. The correctional and educational program for people using domestic violence is aimed at adult men who use domestic violence. all forms of violence (physical, mental, sexual) against one's spouse, partner, siblings, parents, elderly people, own or adopted children, or other people living in the same household. Maybe these would be people who have gone through or are currently going through the justice system, as well as people who volunteer to participate. 2. The following editions of the program are planned: Edition II: from September 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026 a) number of hours of group classes in II edition of the program: maximum 70 (including 60 hours of group classes and 10 hours for individual meetings with each participant). b) number of people covered by group classes in the 2nd edition of the program: maximum 10, minimum 6.2.
