The customer is conducting a tender for the provision of polygraphic services for printing a corporate newspaper in the second half of 2026. All conditions are written on a monthly basis in the attached "Specification-calculation". 1. The subject of the purchase is services for offset printing of a corporate newspaper in A3 format for half a year.2. Technical characteristics Main printing: black and white offset printing 1+1. Holiday editions: first and last strips - color printing 4+1. Edition format: 4А3 (1+1); 4A3 (4+1). Number of columns: 4. Circulation - 3, 400 copies. Paper: newsprint, density 45 g/m². Print type: offset. 3. Periodicity and period of service provision Periodicity of printing: weekly. Period of order execution: July-December 2026. In general, for the II half of the year, the number of circulations: color - 8, black and white - 18.4. Conditions for providing layouts Layout the publication is provided by the Customer in PDF format. The layout is given to the Contractor no later than 09:00 a.m. every Wednesday of the corresponding printing date. 5. Terms of delivery of finished products The contractor must provide one of the following options for transferring the finished printed edition: self-pickup by the Customer from the Contractor's warehouse in Zaporizhia no later than 12:00 every Wednesday (print date); or delivery by the Contractor to the address: 69068, Zaporizhia, ave. Engine builders, 15 no later than 2:30 p.m. every Wednesday (print dates). 6. Payment terms - monthly post-payment or pre-payment according to the issued invoices. 7. Additional conditions In exceptional cases, the Contractor must ensure the presence of an authorized representative of the Customer during the printing of the print run for the purpose of monitoring compliance with confidentiality, preventing disclosure and unauthorized distribution of materials submitted for publication.- CPV directory: 79823000-9 Printing and delivery services of printed products
