Specifications for corporate newspaper printing services1. The subject of procurement is services for offset printing of a corporate newspaper in A3 format. 2. Technical characteristics Basic printing: black and white offset printing 1+1. Holiday editions: the first and last strips are in color printing 4+1. Edition format: 4А3 (1+1); 4A3 (4+1). Number of columns: 4. Circulation - 3, 400 copies. Paper: newsprint, density 45 g/m². Printing type: offset. 3. Periodicity and period of service provision Periodicity of printing: weekly. Order fulfillment period: July-December 2026. In general, for the second half of the year, the number of circulations: color - 8, black and white - 18.4. Conditions for providing layouts The layout of the publication is provided by the Customer in PDF format. The layout is delivered to the Artist no later than 09:00 a.m. every Wednesday of the corresponding printing date. 5. Terms of delivery of finished products The Contractor must provide one of the following options for the transfer of the finished printed edition: self-pickup by the Customer from the Contractor's warehouse in the city of Zaporizhzhia no later than 12:00 every Wednesday (dates of printing); or delivery by the Contractor for address: 69068, Zaporizhzhia, ave. Engine builders, 15 no later than 2:30 p.m. every Wednesday (print dates). 6. Terms of payment - ​​monthly post-payment or pre-payment according to the issued invoices. 7. Additional conditions In exceptional cases, the Contractor must provide the possibility of the presence of an authorized representative of the Customer during the printing of the print run in order to control the observance of confidentiality, prevention of disclosure and unauthorized distribution of materials submitted for printing.
