Tender Details

The subject of the public procurement is the corporate liability insurance of management and control bodies to the extent and in the manner derived from the insurance technical specification, which is an annex and an integral part of the tender documentation. The provider (insurance company) submits offers, he undertakes to enable management and control bodies (directors of companies and members of control bodies), in addition to corporate liability insurance, which is the subject of a public procurement, also the possibility of concluding an individual policy to insure their liability (i.e. the policy with which these persons purchase the mandatory deductible deductible applicable under the policy concluded with the client). A more detailed description of the subject of the public procurement comes from the technical documentation of this public procurement, i.e. im. Insurance technical documentation, as well as samples of the framework agreement, which are part of this tender documentation. Subscribers will conclude a framework agreement with the selected provider(s) for a period of 3 (three) years with an insurance period from 31/05/2026 from 00:01 to 31/05/2029 to 00:01. Individual contracts will be awarded by re-opening the competition between the signatories of the framework agreement. The customer will, after the procedure carried out on the basis of b. point of the seventh paragraph of Article 48 of ZJN-3, concluded a framework agreement with one or more providers in accordance with point 1.4. tender documentation.
