Corporate Communication and Media Office RETREAT 2024 THE PURPOSE FROM THE RETREAT: We've had an interesting year: In 2024, there has been more work volume, more projects, new management, and new colleagues. It makes sense to go on a team retreat of course, but it-s important to outline and identity the intent first. Why? Retreats can be extremely effective if we are intentional about them rather than ticking a box. When done right it can light the spark for ou r team and helps us achieve your planned success in the coming year. So, what-s our intent? Create the personal and human connection. We need to have fun and relax in a way that let-s us blow off some steam and build camaraderie. We haven-t had time to just be with each other to learn more about the person behind the desk. Celebrate our achievements (the good): We've done amazing things as a division, and it's time to recognize that. Address team issues (the not not-so -good): We have some long long-standing challenges, and this is a chance to acknowledge them first and then work towards solutions together.
