The bureau of the fiscal service (fs), on behalf of the office of financial research (ofr), and financial stability oversite council (fsoc) and in support of the departmental offices (do) is soliciting a firm-fixed-price request for quote (rfq) for brand name corelogic or equal data sets and web access tool.
This solicitation serves as a combined synopsis/solicitation.
The aforementioned requirements will be provided by corelogic or equal provider including the following products but the government will retain the right to add additional data sets to the resulting contract as they come to market and the basis for a requirement is established:
1. Residential loan level mortgage data or equal
2. Home price index (hpi) data or equal
3. Housing market (hm) data or equal
4. Loan and portfolio valuation modeling or equal
5. Additional requirements to include:
a. User metrics
b. Updates
c. Level of access
d. Data delivery standardization
e. Documentation and assistance for data
f. Training/help desk support
g. Delivery method(s)
the data sets itemized product list, to be included but not limited to, is found on attachment a - pricing sheet.
The contractor shall provide the same level of help desk assistance provided to its commercial customers.
Please note: the period of performance for the base period of this requirement is 03/26/2019 through 03/25/2020 with brand name corelogic or equal loan level mortgage datasets. The brand name corelogic or equal home price index (hpi) datasets are co-termed to start 04/21/2019 and end on 03/25/2020. The optional periods of performance will then be synchronized to start 03/26 through 03/25 during each of the remaining optional periods. Any optional quantity of the separately priced line item(s) may be ordered in any quantities and at any time during any active period of performance provided the total contract threshold valued at $9, 000, 000.00 is not exceeded.
